FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME ON ENHANCING RESEARCH QUALITY: ETHICS AND PUBLICATION IN HIGH-IMPACT JOURNALS

A one-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) titled “Enhancing Research Quality: Ethics and Publication in High-Impact Journals” was successfully organized by Ahalia School of Management on 28 March 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the ASM Seminar Hall.The programme featured an insightful session led by Prof.Dr. Vijayachandran Pillai, who served as the resource person. As the Principal and Director of the organizing institution, he brought valuable expertise and practical insights to the sessions.The FDP was structured into two engaging sessions:

• Session 1: Research Ethics: Building Responsible Scholars
  This session emphasized the importance of ethical practices in research, including integrity, originality, and accountability in academic work.
• Session 2: Scholarly Writing and Publication in High-Quality Indexed Journals

 The second session focused on effective academic writing techniques and    strategies for publishing research in reputed, high-impact journals.

The sessions were highly informative, well-structured, and easy to follow, making them beneficial for all participants. Faculty members and postgraduate students from ASORC, actively attended and participated in the programme.
