INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 2025
Ahalia School of Optometry and Research Centre celebrated International yoga day on June 21 st 2025 at Pranavam auditorium, Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College Hospital. The event themed “Yoga for One Earth One Health” aimed to promote the benefits of yoga for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. The event featured a presentation by Dr. Farshad K H (Consultant & Yoga Expert), a yoga demonstration and an interactive session. Students from DOA, 1st year BSc Optometry, 2nd Year BSc Optometry and 3rd year BSc Optometry were attended the program.
