INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 2026

Ahalia School of Optometry and Research Centre celebrated International Yoga Day on June 24 th, 2026, at Pranavam Auditorium, Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College Hospital. The event, themed “Yoga for Healthy Ageing”, aimed to promote the benefits of yoga for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. The event featured a presentation by Ms Princy (yoga trainer), a yoga demonstration and an interactive session. Students from DOA and 1st-yr BSc Optometry attended the program.
