SSGP PROGRAM ON MENTAL HEALTH AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE ENHANCING YOUR WELL-BEING
A SSGP Awareness Programme was conducted by Mrs. Medha, Consultant Psychologist, on the topic “Mental Health and Emotional Intelligence: Enhancing Your Well-Being.” The session emphasized the importance of understanding one’s emotions, developing resilience, and maintaining psychological balance in everyday life. Students were encouraged to recognize early signs of stress, adopt healthy coping strategies, and seek support when needed. Mrs. Medha also highlighted how emotional intelligence plays a crucial role in effective communication, decision-making, and building meaningful relationships.
