WORLD SIGHT DAY SCHOOL SCREENING CAMP
Ahalia School of Optometry and Research Centre has conducted an comprehensive eye screening camp in collaboration with Optometry Confederation of India as part of World Sight Day 2025 community outreach activities and Aloka Vision Programme. Around 3000 school children have been screened for various eye conditions from October 27th to November 15th during the year 2025.This programme aim to provide free spectacle for those with uncorrected refractive errors. Optometry Interns, student representatives and faculties from Ahalia School of Optometry and Research Centre has participated in this screening programme.
