Vision for Cause School Screening

Ahalia School Optometry and Research Centre in Association with the Optometry Council of India and Zeiss Aloka has conducted a school screening of the students at Govt High School, Vennakkara, Palakkad, Kerala. We have done a school screening for about 514 beneficiaries and the students who were diagnosed with ocular disease and higher powers were referred to the Ahalia Eye Hospital for further detailed eye examination and treatment. 21 beneficiaries were prescribed spectacles and orders were placed. Spectacle will be distributed within 3 weeks.
